Every time someone else has used this gun in strikes, I have out killed them severely using the gunsmith hakke autorifle, this gun is not OP.

He's talking Trials, not Strikes. I think he's over exaggerating the effectiveness of ToM is trials, but he still has a point. With the double dmg and infinite ammo, you can pick your gun battles more carefully in trials. It drops people pretty damn quick with that final round double dmg and isn't as much of a threat when fewer people are shooting back.

I understand that but if a weapon is OP it should be OP everywhere.

Thorn was OP in crucible, but mostly useless in strikes/raids.

Thorn was OP against a guardians low hit points because of the dot effect. This weapon gets a damage buff it hits harder than thorn ever could, thats a little different I'd say. I still think there won't be an issue.
