How old would being a senior make you?
Because from reading this I'm guessing you're between 12-15?

Except, i already tried that, its sad i actually have to do this to get more game time in but enh, in less than a year either she will change her rules or I'm getting the fk out, I'm so tired of her rules (she has some really stupid ones)

Just sit them both down and tell them that you are more than mature and responsible enough to make your own decisions. Tell them you want the freedom to do as you please after school/college/uni. If your grades begin to suffer you will go back to her rules but if not, you can continue using your time as you wish.

If your gonna complain like most of the pricks that have been commenting go to another part of the forums, I'm 17, I could make my English flawless but I'm not in a professional place or an English class, so get off my fkin back

No you sound 12 because of how you describe yourself sneaking around at 3am trying to get some Xbox time. At 17 you should be mature enough to tell your parents you'll do what you want in your own spare time
