Do I have to wait 15-20min [b]each[/b] time I use 3 of Coins?
Or is it that if I [b]don't[/b] get an Exotic Engram, I can keep using them until I do, then wait?

You should just equip another one immediately after killing a boss. By the time you kill another, a good enough amount of time will have passed

Edited by ItsKevMan: 10/18/2015 10:49:03 PMWait 10 minutes after its used up(ultra kill), then use another. Heard optimal time is 10 minute wait. Each time you use it, regardless of result.
