False. I used ~200 3oC before the patch, one at a time, and got an exotic roughly every 7-8 3oCs. Since the patch, the drop rate seems similar.

Using them wrong like I said. Literally every single other person who just uses them normally averages about 5.

No. Who are you to tell me that I'm doing it wrong? I always used 1 at a time. Just look at others' experiences. 1 out of 5 is very lucky. 1 per 7 or 8 is a much more typical.
