Did you ever ask that one guy how he got his Final Round Icebreaker?

There's a video out there somewhere. He basically gets sniped in the head by an Icebreaker, sighs, and tries to blame the Final Round perk. It is common knowledge that Icebreaker does not get the Final Round perk
