A reduction of damage resistance just enough so GG can one shot and high impact head shots as well. The most important part of this is PVP [b]ONLY[/b]. Unfortunately, Bungie seems incapable of separating the two game types, so I don't want a real nerf to prevent it from being total crap in pve
