As a day 1 titan, everyone says the armor is too much, that it takes 2 GG shots to take them down, but in reality it takes 2 GG shots from full health, today I had 75% of my health and got 1 shot from GG. So its a super that takes a team effort to over come, much like blade dancer.

This is true enough, but since anyone using blink wore shotguns down to the nub they are now, its' your own fault of it. Shotgun melee still works, but you almost never get close enough because your ass got hammered. Fast fire rate shotguns do wonders as well, 4th horseman and invective are pretty good if you can get close to them.
I think what alot of players don't get is the entire subclass, save for one tier of nodes, is dedicated to their super, so of course its going to be awesome.
If they do nerf sunbreakers, the health regen is where I would start, and not to take it away. Just put some modifications to it, like they have to get a double kill to proc it. Meaning if your team spreads out enough, you can take one down easily.

There should be a 2-3 second cooldown for cauterize, just like the warlock perk life steal for energy drain.

That's actually a really solid selection. If it applied to pvp only. I want cauterize to work like it does now in pve

I mean, how many times are you killing something in pve with the hammer that isn't almost always a double kill?
