The titan is just the most noticed but all 3 new supers are overpowered. Bungie wanted to make sure no one used the old classes for some stupid reason. Sunbreaker is my least favored of the three. I don't care what they do to it. I play defender in pve and striker or defender in pvp. The new subclasses are poorly designed in terms of balance. They are all over the top.

arent all supers over the top? like period?

sort of but most of the old supers are there and gone. The new ones in the case of the warlock and titan allow you to roam the entire map and take out the entire other team. Now that is over the top.

Edited by me2ez: 10/17/2015 4:14:16 PMGunslingers have a point and shoot super that kills anything it touches most of the time, and they can cover a shit ton of ground with one super. Blade dancing while blinking through the air and sending waves of electric death is still very very useful. Sun singers are capable of cheating death... Nova bombs are incredible game changers it's just the storm caller is the new kid on the block so you see that more often. Nova bombs teams in trials of Osiris are going to remain dominant

Gunslingers have no damage resistence and don't last very long. Arc blade is melee only and razors edge only works on ground and takes way too long to travel. Nightstalkers have a delay on their anchors so they can't panic it and it doesn't kill enemies. Sunsingers don't really get much except bonus health and a gernade every 2 seconds. Nova bomb is prone to hitting walls, can damage yourself and is a one and done super. Storm caller has low damage resistence, low range aswell as low mobility and no health regen or overshield. Striker only works in close quarters and is a one and done super. Defender is countered by most supers. Sunbreaker is well, requires a little bit of aiming with the arc of hammers I guess but wait they have proxy det and huge blast radius so not really.

Edited by shwwn: 10/17/2015 4:21:58 PMGunslinger: 11 Seconds - Average Kills per Super: 1-3 (4 With Symbiote) Sunbreaker: 26 Seconds - Average Kills per Super: 3-6 (Health Regen on Kill and Seeks Enemies/Blows them Up)

very good points, but as a hunter sits in the back of the map and picks people off Gunslinger time to kill: less than a second or otherwise miliseconds (point and shoot extreme advantage) Sunbreaker time to kill: could take up to 3-4 seconds before making impact along with difficulty in understanding the arc. Both have advantages, and no doubt sunbreaker takes the lead with regen and amount of time you can use it, but point and shoot one shots with a golden hand canon sites.. well.. ya.

Ya, they should just take some of the super perks and turn them into perks that support the entire class (Ex. Cauterize)
