Give us the option of the health regen perk OR high armor, can't have both.
Or just add a cooldown to the regen perk and simultaneously tweak the armor down a bit

They can't be as tanky as they are dude. Nobody should be able to eat a gg, a rocket, a litc headshot in one life and survive.
