I'm against it because it's scientifically proven that long term use will dull your mind and make you stupid. Also short time use causes 65% of car crashes.

Tl;dr: it makes the smart smarter, and the dumb dumber, while leaving the majority of the population untouched. You'd probably think they were morons sober, too. *researched*

I would also wager that a VAST number of people you interact with daily are quite stoned, but perfectly functional, if not moreso than while sober. It's the only way some people can even leave the house. It's usually the few who are irresponsible with its use who give it a bad name. And believe me when I say they are not the majority.
