You can't do that, Bungie would never. I can see them just turning off Quiver or something but never an entire class. If you really think this is a possibility I recommend you get a reality check and stop being a prick.

Bungie slapped black spindle with a 20 point drop regardless of its current attack. They can and will ban hunters from ToO

No they won't. That would mean people are physically incapable of playing content based on what class they chose. Bungie makes wrong decisions but they would never do that. The community would be in uproar and it's very possible they could had lawful action pursued against them for locking people out of content.
