I'm saying the only skill it takes is getting close to people. It's not op, it's limited range and reasonable armor, though I do find it personally harder to deal with than sunbreaker Titans.

Are you dumb? If you LITERALLY turn around and sprint in the other direction from a stormtrance, unless they have ionic blink, you will get away. A HoS can and will just throw a hammer at you and turn around to do it to your 3 team mates unloading into him.

Turn around an run? Use cover? Jump? If he's dealing with three of your teammates he can't afford to do more than one quick hammer...

Yes he can, because as soon as he turns he throws one to two hammers at your team mates and immediately has full health and armor. Then he can just throw another at you. Health Regen and super strong armor OP. Stormcaller has neither.

Then your team is extremely poorly positioned and would have died to a regular grenade.
