They will never do any of those things as they are trying to appeal to casual FPS players. Anything that would make this game more competitive/balanced would just turn off the casuals. We're always going to be stuck with this broken game with an awful matchmaking system. I've come to accept it at this point and haven't taken PvP seriously since TTK released.
