They knew they were going to sell emotes for real money but lied by omission. Said nothing about that for two months hyping them up. Then like a week before they drop they tell us they are selling for real money. Add some crap about free content to justify it. We should have known with the "throwing money at the screen" comment. He knew then how it would go down. Bungie doesn't care about being shady AF. They will be selling more and more stuff as time goes on. I guarantee there will still be paid DLC, look at how much they made from the $75 minimum it cost for the three DLCs already released. Why "leave money on the table" when they can have the emote money AND the DLC money. The "free content" from silver sales will be weak as hell. The real DLCs like raids will be paid still. And the weapons parts nerf? Seriously?
