Why won't you let 360 users get the Collectors Edition Upgrade? That seems very unfair.

I believe I have the same issue you're having. I'm absolutely sure that I have all the requirements to get this download, but it isn't appearing anywhere in the game despite what everyone on the web appears to be saying. And yes, I'm an Xbox 360 user as well.
