You can one shot them with snipers and shotguns. I see it happen all the time. It happens to me when I've played mine. The health regen makes mopping up hard just means don't run in a straight line at the incoming train.
They're not unstoppable. There's an audible cue for them for one and for two the hammers rainbow. So get into cover and don't clump and run together. Find door ways and archways. Yeah you can't GG one shot them so stop trying and stop crying. Get creative find flanks and other clever tricks to beat them.

I'm not going to argue with you, the fact that you say it happens to you all the time means you can't notice team shots when they happen. Eirene with Luck in the Chamber is the ONLY way to 1 shot a titan with a sniper, I use nothing but No Land Beyond and a secondary High Impact sniper(for orbs) so don't tell me how sniping works.
