There's no reason for Golden Gun to ever last as long as Hammer of Sol does, or have as many shots..It's hitscan unlike Hammer of Sol which uses projectiles with travel times that can be dodged. That's WHY Hammer of Sol is the way it is.
Just drop their damage reduction from 55% to 50% and we'll be good.
