I said the premise is outdated because technology has gone so far. Not that it was designed for muskets. There is no grey area. The ammendment allows us to own weapons freely. Something I don't agree with because the increased amount of fire arms deaths (purposeful and accidental), the increase in crime, and the increase in suicides.

You really have zero insight on this issue just feelings. Look at places like Detroit with the strictest gun laws and the highest rate of violence This is just one small example. If you can't realize this then your like someone constantly spitting in your own eye and I can't help you. Seems fact trump your logic.
