I did all the quest for the touch of malice and got the 45 fragments but it won't give to me, please help

Received the feast of essence from the heroic strike target kill, went to the tower to get the weapon, turned the quest in to Eris, she gave me a rune??? Quest is gone and no weapon, I'm very upset. I have been with Bungie since Halo and I have received no response to calls for help...

You have to get 45 calcified fragments to unlock the next part.

Yeah, figured it out. Read a thread and saw someone say to check and make sure the character running the quest has all 45. Sure enough my son had played on my Warlock and picked one up. So I only had 44 on my hunter. Reran through the fragments and picked up 45 and Eris gave me the last part of the quest. Got my touch of malice today. Hope this helps someone. Please share to others with the same problem.
