So my console is trash after downloading your update yesterday. I have tried to do everything I can to get it to work. With your updates I can't even log into the main screen before I am shoved into a black screen for about 20 mins and then I'm told that my disk is unreadable? It's downloaded from the market place.
Since then I have made several attempts to reach you and explain the problem but you have no way for anyone to get a hold of you. This ercks me because I have been a loyal fan since halo 1 and this is where all my hard earned money gets me?
You ignore my posts for help with the problem and give no way for anyone to reach you.
This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever wasted my money on. -blam!- you bungie.

Wait, are you talking about the 1.17 patch bricking your whole ps4? I got so angry before that I just powered down my ps4 and didn't bother trying to play anything else. Ffs if this is the case, I'm gonna be more than mega-pissed

Then the screen goes black and it says "Oops, something bad has happened, please wait a moment" then it says after about 20 mins that the disk is unreadable and the problem is that it's not a hard disk it's downloaded from the market place.

Really I have been trying to get a hold of you for some -blam!-ing time now and this problem needs to be resolved right -blam!-ing now!

In addition, if I can't get this to work, I will make it my mission to see that anyone that bought this game knows the truth about your horrible server issues, glitches you punish everyone for and never fix the glitch in the first place. And the worst low blow of them all, you make us wait almost a year after we already spent alll the money on the game in the first place and then, and THEN you charge us another 40$ for a part of a game we should have already had. Oh and by the way, 500,000,000$ and this was the best you could do?! And when the guys found those ghost shells that were "built into the game" never offered to us. When they found them by glitching into areas that were already part of the game you sold us, and you boot them for it? Just because someone beats you at your own game? Your seriously just -blam!-ing childish. Your robbing people of their money and honestly I have had about enough. -blam!- this game and -blam!- you.
