QUESTION: on the fragments tracker I have 46 and eris doesn't show me the final quest mission on phobos... also I have the charged argonarch rune but the device doesn't recognize it ...what am I missing? please help ...peace

Since you play on multiple characters, chances are you got a Fragment on one character, but didn't get it on the character you are using to get Touch of Malice.
