You know I would have liked that system expanded even further. Press the back button to bring up tracked quests, but you'd also see the remaining time on cooldowns for stuff like synths, glimmer consumables, and the like. Could also bring up an enhanced overlay to show your fire team members' shield status, melee/grenade cooldown state, super charge, etc.
