Is the rune still not working?
i have 44 fragments and i need to do this rune to get the last one so i can get the touch of malice, can anyone tell me whats going on? it would be appreciated. Thanks :)

They patched the rune because people were using it and cheating with it somehow to get endless engrams and shards. So they made it so that you can't use it anymore. Still waiting to see if they fixed it this patch
