Destiny Update 2.01 for PS4 not working. Says its updating Version 1.17, and download not starting. Whats the deal?

I thought the download wasn't starting too, but when I went to "Downloads" from the notification center in PS4, it showed progress being made.... although it looks like a huge download, not a small patch...
