Although his ramblings are still perceived as those of a madman, the Speaker has offered him refuge at the Tower, aiding the Cryptarchs in their work.  Physical description: Tall and stocky, with pale blue-white skin and white hair.  Personality: Quiet and reserved, until he is comfortable with being around someone. Highly intelligent, and constantly running calculations.
