yeah but one man who bypass the system due to things like that never happend in norway befor cant stand for the general population

Doesn't mean people won't get their hands on guns if they really want to. Same thing obviously happens with other illegal things everywhere plus with the gun restriction there is little worry or preparedness for a mass shooting to happen.
