I have a question. IF I'm looking for something specific in a strike, is it better to grind that specific strike over and over, grind the vanguard strike playlist and hope your strike comes up, or do the same in the heroic playlist? Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.

It doesn't matter how you do it, as long you do it. So, I'd go do it on the map instead of hoping it'll show up later in a heroic playlist.
