Best plan... when you find someone start a party. Then have both of you create your own fireteam. Now you can have a bunch of people all communicating. We got 6 together one time. You can also use the forums.

yes, but you shouldn't have to. It was billed as a social area that you could just show up and help others out.. like public events.

thats what me and my friends tend to do. Best one, invited this random guy to our party and was like "we're wanting to do the T3 CoO, if you're up for it?" His response: "Hell yeah man! I'm buzzing now!" hahah
