No way IB drops 310 gear, most likely 280-290.
Trials is where the 310 stuff will be.

The last two xpacs IB was a means to reach max level to stop the forever 29 problem from happening again. This xpac is cleverly reverting to vanilla leveling again leaving those unlucky with rng or nonraiders to not make cap.
