Yeah I did I had 27 when I put up my sword and went down to 26 after I blocked.

But that's only from actually holding the block. The sword usually takes a loss in ammo when blocking damage based on the amount of damage blocked. A heavy should have taken most of your ammo, if not all. Weird.

It's probably based on weapon type. So even though SS is a heavy, it's a fusion rifle class weapon, which is a special weapon class.

I think it didn't actually do damage because rather than the sword absorbing the damage, the block simulated a wall so the exotic perk of the simulant just made it bounce

I took damage but maybe sleeper is considered different from rocket fire. I just dont know for sure
