That's because PvE is ridiculously easy and you can find a competent raid team 10 times before you can find a barely intelligent PvP team, it seems. The bounties really weren't that difficult, but I can get where this guy is coming from. Doing like half the steps for a quest to suddenly have to enter PvP is kinda...annoying. I'm one of the players that really doesn't do well alone in PvP- I gotta have friends there to chat with and laugh with, or my game just falls apart.
