Well things locked behind pvp things like the chaperone are only good in pvp

If I see you pull out chaperone during the raid I'm kicking you if you argue it's better then a sniper.

True, with the range it has it's good for both. It's as bad as felwinters ever was.

It's WAY better than felwinters. I have both and not only does it better range it has much better fire rate

Which makes it an ideal shotgun anytime you would equip one. PvP or pve.
