When I play a Strike, I am playing the game. When I do a raid, I am playing the game. Crucible isn't the game. Crucible is against other players, not against the game. I don't spend all of my time practicing and playing crucible. How can I compete against those types of players? I have other things to do. I like playing co-op. But I have never liked pvp. No matter what game it is. You have to spend so much time doing the same thing and I hate it. So why can't there be an alternate quest line? If you are good and enjoy pvp, then you can complete it in an hour. If you want the other route, it may take days. But I wouldn't have the frustration of dealing with pvp.
