I don't lik pve. Why should I do PVE to get the sleeper stimulant?

Exactly. Why should I have to raid to get malice? I should be able to PVP and still get it. If people want to go to lighthouse without going flawless or want the trials weapons without doing trials then I should be able to get raid gear and weapons without doing the raids. Does that make sense to anyone? No of course not
