Rate of fire is the same and mine has more impact. Only thing it has is more stab and bigger mag size. I have crowd control and it doesn't, I can hit several enemies with one bullet, it doesn't. I see you don't know what you're taking about since you only got two things right from what you said.

I wouldn't know. I'm just not a fan of TUS. ROF is a bit slow for me. I don't mind it, but... Anyway check my character in a min. Here's what I use. ROF is insane!

That's a pretty badass scout rifle. How does that Underdog perk perform?

Well it's not relevant if you're careful enough, but it's handy when caught out or just being a fool (as I do sometimes. :P). I would've rather had another perk like zen moment but it's still a handy one. To give you an idea of the aforementioned ROF, it fires 3-4 rounds a sec. Insane for a scout. As fast or faster than the Suros-DIS. And add explosive rounds. XD
