Immolation fists are borderline useless, tracking hammers barely track anyway. Thagomizer was datamined, that's not really good either, that perk is stupid. No back up plans, you got me there. Best exotic ever. The taikonaut is a glitchy mess, even when it works the tracking is terribad. Sorry, Empyrean Bellicose is the best exotic in the game right now, beats no back up plans all day. Peregrine Greaves are laughable. Stand Asides are a little half and half, only useful in crucible if you're trying to shoulder charge all day, better options, but that's up for debate. And for a bonus round, fabian strategy is the worst class specific exotic primary. And for bonus round number 2, immobius is the worst legendary out of all 3 also, only actually useful on one subclass. That's the majority of titan exotics, even a bonus legendary. Put the bias away. They all have shit.
