Why the heck do crucible changes affect weapons in pve too
Frustrated.

Because part of the Destiny "brand" is that PvP and PvE aren't seperate. That you can take the weapon you win in PvE play...and use it in PVP....and vice-versa. Most MMOs don't allow you to do that.
