No bungie stated themselves in 2013 and in the last weekly update that it would be cosmetic things only.

I know, but I also got a little skepticism since it's Activi$ion and they probably have the final say on what is sold. But I'll keep hoping that at least this time Bungie is telling the truth.

Nah I don't think so because Activision only handles marketing and publishing. I don't think they would make bungie go back on their word. And they would lose so many players if they did start selling power items.
