I see where he is coming from I wanted chaperone but I was basically told via quest "yeah you have to be really good at something you hate"
I prefer the challenge of shield brother's than pvp
Plus I don't know many ways of acquiring legendary marks except weekly and daily crucible

Well, I reserve judgement on Jolly Holiday because I haven't attempted it yet! As for LMs, you can get them in the Nightfall, Vanguard Heroic Strikes and Daily Heroic Story Mission. I know there's a limit to how many you can earn in each format, but I don't know what that limit is.

Really my experience with heroics gave me none I can't do nightfall yet but apparently you only get stuff once
