So, I turned in my core to the Gunsmith yesterday and literally nothing happened. How do you get it?

He should have another mission for you tomorrow (280 light S.A.B.E.R. Strike) and once you complete that, it will give you the frame and you just take that back to the gunsmith and he'll give you the gun!
