Dude no way. It's just a large blue chest piece. It doesn't look great but it is easily not the ugliest. Let's see.... Apotheosis veil Radiant dance machines (i love em' tho) Glass house (before shaders could be applied) Actually I pretty much nailed it the first time. Apotheosis veil is like the ugliest armor piece in the entire game Jesus Christ.

No there are many titan chest pieces that look good, the raid one for example, the garrison is just awful looking though
