You can point out the same ledge they keep missing like an asshole or, and this is my favorite, just let them handle the jumps? They know how hey are supposed to do it. The problem is they have troubles jumping themselves. Unless you're going to share play and do it for them it's better to just stay where you are and wait.[spoiler]I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't treat them like they are stupid. Nothing is more frustrating than knowing what you're supposed to do, but failing at it, and then having someone come and tell you how to do it. They know the jumps, they just can't make them.
