He was a pretty sick Hunter. He accompanied Praedyth and Kabr into the Vault, though he didn't help open it. According to Praedyth, he was always talking to himself, though he was probably just talking to his gun, Super Good Advice. He created the SGA after he witnessed Kabr's fall and became terrified of traveling alone. He was later killed on Mars (probably in the Crucible) by Dredgen Yor

So why did Kabr fall?

The entire fireteam except for Kabr and Pahanin were wiped from reality in one way or another, leaving not even the memory of their existence. Kabr realized that he could not have opened the Vault or killed a Gorgon by himself, and this realization that he had friends that he could not remember began to drive him insane. The Vex elements in the Vault certainly didn't help his case. They invaded his body

There were only three people in the vog og fire team. Kabr Pahanin and praedyth. They realized that something like that requires more than 3 people and sent a message to the tower.
