I listened to a Q&A with Luke Smith last night that must have been recorded sometime last week. He spoke of how annoyed people were that they were getting the same items from exotic engrams and about getting the invective 3 times in a row. He spoke about the armours saying Titans and Hunters only have one exotic chest that can drop from engrams right now and that's the Alpha Lupi. I don't think this chest is meant to drop from an engram which is why you and one other guy are the rarity that have it.

Did you get that recently? Perhaps since the interview the new exotics have been snuck in. Though it seems really rare and I'm still waiting to see the Warlocks helmet

Maybe you just need to get like 10 alpha lupis first. I must have had at least that but hadn't even registered that the others weren't in game. Good luck on the decrypting

Maybe a week ago. Pretty sure exotic engram although I've had a handful of legendaries change to exotic earlier in the week too

Do you remember the strike ? If that and the twilights all dropped from the 300 sword strike there might be something to it

Definitely wasn't the exotic sword strike as I only did that A couple of days a go for the first time
