Considering the OP has it equipped, that leaves Luke...but what I'm saying is they've mistaken their drop coding as being 0% drop rate. My guess, there's a rounding issue and it's actually .001% which is why only a couple people have if.

Or it's kinda like a deceptive engram? I want a vid of him decrpting and it popping on screen, and he said he's on current gen so that's not hard to capture... it could be from else where, i want repro steps as I need me some air dashes lol.
