Jade Rabbit will be unfair lol. Two body shots and the third shot if it's a crit will register at 96+ that makes it a 3-shot scout w/the ability to refill your magazine (without taking from your reserves) if your third shot is a crit. Not only that, barely any damage fall off due to its massive range and it's scope highlights enemies (even if they are invisible). On top of that, you can chain 4 body shots on the first guy (dead) , and pop the headshot on the second guy, and the crit will go for 120+ (your very own luck in the chamber so to speak) and it refills your entire magazine. You can chain 10 body shots and pop the crit on the 11th shot and your magazine still gets refilled. I'm not sure if you still get damage boost by doing that method but if you do, it'll probably be around 290+ (OHK) Oh and it hits like Gheleon used to hit so it's a anti sniping weapon.
