1) it isn't 2x damage in crucible
2) it hurts you when you use it. Sure you do more damage but you also take more.
3) My grimoire is higher, your opinion is invalid.

Sure you did. It goes from about 45 damage to 63. That's not double.

Sorry but where on the gun does it say double damage? The perk says the final round regenerates and does BONUS damage. Muted.

I never said it didn't proc, I said it wasn't double damage.

I made a mistake, the perk should only proc for players with higher grimoire. They have a lot more experience so it makes sense they would win the gun battle. Also it should boost to 4x damage if you have more than 4k grimoire.
