Best defense against Sunbreakers are simple, just run from them and if you are close try to jump a lot.
I mean, everytime I hear a Dangerous super activate I try to run in the opposite direction. I do not for once think I can be fast enough to take down a super.
Stop complain about every class. It can always be countered. Except for Crucible lag, that is the worst. When players warp as fast as Taken do, then it's scary for real.

The fact that you acknowledge its bad enough to run from it and accepting there is no counter but say its not OP makes you part of the problem. I've been using the new Titan class and I first hand can confirm how OP it is. It needs a nerf end of discussion.

PvP is about staying alive, so if I can avoid and outrun a super then it is a wasted super. Same thing, if I can get another player to waste one super on just me, it is a win for the team. By the way, if Sunbreakers could be stopped with a full auto rifle clip, then what is the point of having supers at all?

And fyi there is a counter to every other super in the game. It just involves a little skill but it can be done to ko a sunsinger with a shotgun. Same could be said for a blade dancer. Void bomb can be countered by a quick dome shot to the head. GS has no defensive bonuses so it can easily die by anything so long as the user fails his aim. All of this however cannont be said about sunbreakers. And that right there is the problem. As someone who now uses sunbreaker I can confirm how OP it is.
