OP means gives an unfair advantage. If OP then everyone needs the advantage to play. Not everyone is playing with the advantage. Therefore the advantage is not unfair. Since the advantage is not unfair the advantage is not OP. Sounds like sound logic example Thorn Thorn was buffed, advantage allowed two hit run away kills. Everyone needed thorn to play crucible because of the two hit run away get a kill method. Everyone played with thorn in crucible. Thorn was OP. Not everyone is a sun breaker, therefore sun breaker is not OP.
