Does it specifically say DLC? No. Is strongly implied? Yes. AGAIN, if you can't afford the $1-$5 micro transactions, then don't buy them. But, don't complain about not getting access to the emotes and whatever else they decide to sell. Your business model of "give everything away for free... Forever" would struggle to be self sustaining huh?
